ORGANISATIONAL PURPOSE
The word organisation means which implies a structure of interrelated parts. it is a systematics integration of interdependent parts to form a united whole.it is a structure of relationship among various position or jobs. the nature of organisation is common purpose, division of labour, authority of structure, people, communication, coordination, environment etc. there are various features of organisations they are unity of objectivity, division of work, span of control scalar principle, unity of command, functional of definition, unity of direction, delegation, simplicity, efficiency, continuty etc. it is very simple to establish and can be easily understood by the employes. the authority and responsibility of each position is clearly defined.
